CBI raids in Manish Sisodia’s residence in connection with its probe into alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy. Manish Sisodia said in his first reaction that CBI is WELCOME to do so.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena recommended a CBI probe into the Delhi Excise Policy by Arvind Kejriwal, over alleged violations of rules and procedural lapses.
A total of 21 locations in seven states, including Sisodia’s residence were searched this morning by CBI.
Aam Aadmi Party has blamed the BJP for targeting its ministers and said that it’s a part of their political plan.

Delhi Deputy CM Tweeted, “We welcome CBI. I will give full cooperation in the investigation so that the truth can come out. Many cases have been filed against me, but nothing came out and Nothing will come out this time either. My work for a good education in this country is not going to stop.” He further said, “Unfortunately those who do good work in our country are harassed like this. That is why our country has not yet become No. one.”
Arvind Kejriwal said that CBI couldn’t find anything against his government during earlier searches, and nothing is going to come out this time as well.
